Hydrovibe Hits the Airwaves

One of our favorite radio stations in the country – the Outer Banks’ 98X WOBX – has selected “Fame” as the Buzzcut of the Week. Chad Barron will be interviewing Heather and Mat during his show “Afternoons with Chad” around 5:15 EST. So, if you’re in the area you’d better be tuned in! And if you’re not in the OBX Monday afternoon, be sure to visit the WOBX site for live streaming of the broadcast. Streaming is also available on iPhones and Windows Mobile cell phones; instructions are on their site.

We’re Back!

Well, it’s been a long few months of relative quiet from Hydrovibe… but we’ve been busy little bees getting our album finished and manufactured. In fact, those babies will be delivered to our doorstep very, very soon. Now, the guys and I are working with our incredible team (Orleans Street Records, New Level Graphics, Corporate Punishment, Fat Dot, and TKO) to get all the pieces of the puzzle in place for the album release.

And I’m calling on each and every one of you in our Hydrovibe Alliance to help us out. Spread the word about Hydrovibe and our album “Nothing Left To Lose” …. Get your friends to register on this site or subscribe to our monthly newsletter …. Pre-order the album in August or buy some merch … Donate to our online tip jar … Call your radio station to request Hydrovibe …. and be sure to come to our shows when we tour this Fall!! AFB Radio broadcasts Hydrovibe to Troops Overseas

We have always been very outspoken in support of our men and women in the United States Military and we involve ourselves how we can here at home to let them know that their efforts and sacrifices are very much appreciated. We are honored to announce that our music will be broadcast to the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan on AFB Radio (America’s Freedom Broadcast Radio) starting tomorrow. We’ll be featured on TC The Rock Warrior’s radio show from 7AM to 11AM Pacific Time, which is prime time for our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Check out AFB Radio for more info.

Mississippi was incredible…thank y’all!!!

I never really worry too much about doing shows in the South….the South has always embraced Hydrovibe and we have always embraced the South. Us southern folk love live music, love to get LOUD, love to drink, and just love to have a good time….all the time! Our recent run of shows in Mississippi this week has been quite amazing…thank you to everyone who attended or worked at our shows in Jackson, Pascagoula, and Tupelo…we had a great time! Let’s do it again very soon!

We had the pleasure of meeting J-Rock and Patty the Radio Girl at our show at Bourbon Street in New Port Richey, Florida a few weeks ago. They are really cool people and big supporters of the rock scene and independent bands. Turns out they are also fans of horror movies, so we had lots to talk about (SAW, Shawnee Smith, Sid Haig, etc).
